Online Consultation: AccuRx

Last year the West Yorkshire ICB procured an Online Consultation system called PATCHS. Whilst this was considered to be tool that would work across Leeds for all patients, the system did not provide us with an appropriate level of functionality to support our population, and many patients were unable to read the messages that we sent out because they requried a smart phone, tablet or computer to access them.

We have therefore decidied to replace this tool with AccuRx which has been funded by the practice and a grant from West Yorkshire ICB.

You can use AccuRx to send us clinical and non-clinical enquiries within our opening hours. Responses are made directly by email or SMS text message. We limit the number of requests that can be made each day.

Patients can use AccuRx without registering, simply click or tap the link on our website, select clinical or non-clinical request and fill out the form provided. Our team will review your request, and you will receive a response from the most appropraite team.
