Call Back Service

We now have a Call back service in place. This means when you call the surgery you can request a call back instead of waiting in the telephone queing system.

When you request a call back, your place will be reserved in the queue and our reception team will call you back. It’s important that you stay near your phone so that you can accept our call. If you call us back before we have returned your call, you will lose your place in the call back queue.

If you call from a withheld number, you will not be able to request callback.
