Connect to your GP services online and save time. Quick, easy and secure.

Online services allow you to:

  • book, check or cancel appointments with a GP, nurse or other healthcare professional 
  • order repeat prescriptions
  • see parts of your health record, including information about medicines, vaccinations and test results
  • see communications between your GP surgery and other services, such as hospitals

How to register for Online Services

1. Register with a letter 
You can register by firstly visiting your practice in person and requesting a registration letter which will enable you to set up a full account. This needs to be requested when you visit the practice and will require identification. Once you have the letter you can then enter the details from the letter into the registration form.

2. Register without a letter 
You can also register for the service online without a letter. This process will check to see if your practice uses Patient Access and create a basic account that allows you to book an appointment. To fully complete the account and get access to all services, you’ll need to take proof of identity (e.g. your driving licence or passport) the next time you visit the practice. 

PATCHS


Fill in the PATCHS and one of our team will be in touch with you within 48 hours.

What is PATCHS?

PATCHS is an online consultation service that allows you to access GP services quickly and easily.  You can also see responses we make to you by email and text message.

Answer 4 simple questions and PATCHS will get you the help you need.

We limit the number of requests that can be made per day.  Once these are used PATCHS will be closed, details of when the next request can be sent through are displayed on Patchs. To find out more about why PATCHS is unavailable for requests visit here.

STEP 	1
You can register for PATCHS via our website. You’ll be asked to enter your email address and set a password.



STEP 	2
Once you have registered, you can access PATCHS from our website or opening the PATCHS web app on your smartphone.
STEP 	3
Choose the appropriate option and answer a few simple questions to help us to understand your issue.
STEP 	4
Our team will review your answers and will respond as quickly as possible.
Initial responses will be via online message or telephone.
Face-to-face or video consultations will be booked if required.

What do I do next?

We would like all patients to register and log in to their own PATCHS account as soon as possible.
