Telephone system problems

Earlier today, we were made aware of a problem with our telephone system which has now been resolved. The issue we had resulted in calls being redirected to the wrong GP surgery. Patients were asked to take the following actions:

  • If your call is important for today walk in to surgery or call 111.
  • If your call is a medical emergency or urgent call 999.
  • For other calls, please attempt to call later today/tomorrow.
